About the role

As the E-Commerce Manager at Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's online retail strategy and expanding its digital presence. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the company's e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing the company's e-commerce strategy, including setting objectives, defining the digital marketing roadmap, and optimizing the online sales funnel
  2. Managing the e-commerce platform, including content creation, product cataloguing, and order fulfillment
  3. Analyzing website performance metrics and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, IT, and logistics, to ensure the integration and alignment of e-commerce initiatives
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to drive innovation and enhance the company's competitive edge
  6. Monitoring and addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  7. Developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and build brand loyalty

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving growth and optimizing online sales
  2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (eg. Shopee. Lazada, Tiktok, Shopify), digital marketing strategies, and customer behavior analytics
  3. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  4. Proficient in web content management, search engine optimization, and digital advertising
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Passion for the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
