About the Job - Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market

presence.


• Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring

solutions to meet their requirements.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.


• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.


• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.


• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.


• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.


• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM

system.


• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements:


• Minimum 3 years of experiences in sales/business development in
logistics
/
supply chain sector
, with a strong focus on
warehousing and distribution
services.



Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin


• In-depth knowledge of
3PL solutions
,
supply chain operations


• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a solid track record of
closing deals
and consistently achieving
sales targets
.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.


• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.


• Able to work both
independently
and as part of a collaborative team.
