Account Manager

Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company's existing clients, establishing and maintaining good long-term cooperative relationships;
Deeply understand client business needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions;
Follow up on contract execution, order progress, payments, and customer satisfaction;
Handle client issues, complaints, and service escalation matters, ensuring timely resolution;
Conduct regular client follow-ups to identify opportunities for repeat sales and value-added services;
Prepare client-related reports and report client status and business progress to management;
Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, operations, and other departments to ensure service quality.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills;
Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously;
Experience with B2B clients, foreign companies, or service-oriented industries is a plus;
Proficiency in English for basic work communication is preferred.
