What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Gather and analyse market intelligence to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide expert sales support and consultative services to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices

  • Experience in Sales (Construction Industry)
  • Willing to learn / to be trained
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive sales decisions
  • Knows how to drive a manual / automatic car
