Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila for a Sales Manager in the construction industry. The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, oversee business development activities, identify new client opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients. They will prepare and execute sales strategies, monitor market trends, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams for optimal client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management, particularly in the construction or related industries
  • Deep understanding of the construction industry, including knowledge of aluminum doors, windows, and furniture solutions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve sales goals
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferably knows how to drive manual / automatic cars
