Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Metro Manila, with the flexibility to work remotely for some tasks. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth. They will manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify potential business opportunities. The role also includes leading and mentoring a team, overseeing sales operations, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing department to execute promotional activities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing sales plans, implementing strategies, and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales technology
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively
  • Market analysis skills and experience in research to identify industry trends and opportunities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a hybrid setup, combining onsite and remote work
