Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Procurement Supervisor to oversee our procurement operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, accrediting, and negotiating with suppliers to acquire quality products and services at the best value. The ideal candidate must have strong vendor management experience and a solid background in procurement processes, particularly in IT and retail-related categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and accredit vendors, negotiate prices, and manage purchasing of goods/services.

  • Handle RFQs, RFI, and ITB processes and review supplier proposals.

  • Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare Supplier Comparative Reports (SCR).

  • Route quotations and SCRs for necessary approvals.

  • Select the most qualified vendors and provide cost-savings reports.

  • Review and execute contracts with suppliers and service providers.

  • Prepare and manage Purchase Orders; expedite orders when required.

  • Monitor requisitions, POs, and vendor deliveries.

  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of goods/services.

  • Address and resolve procurement-related complaints.

  • Maintain and update the procurement tracker.

  • Prepare and present monthly procurement reports.

  • Supervise and mentor procurement assistants.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Technology.

  • With 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement (preferably in Retail, F&B, Hotel, or Manufacturing).

  • ERP experience (SAP preferred).

  • Strong background in IT procurement including:

    • IT hardware and software

    • Printers, scanners, projectors, and display units

    • Cabling and networking infrastructure

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
