OPEN POSITION: PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: TRECE MARTIRES CITY, CAVITE

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M | MONDAY TO SATURDAY

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduated under a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the construction in telecom industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN HIRED:

  • Lead and supervise the procurement and logistics team to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to forecast material needs.
  • Oversee logistics, warehousing, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with administration and finance to ensure proper budgeting, payment, and accounting of purchased goods and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and safety regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and logistics efficiency.
  • Oversee the scheduling, dispatch, and tracking of company vehicles used for deliveries and personnel transport.
  • Ensure timely preventive maintenance, repair scheduling, and documentation of company vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, vehicle safety standards, and relevant government regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement status, supplier performance, logistics efficiency, and fleet usage.

STARTING SALARY OFFERED: 36,000 PER MONTH
