People Relations Officer

The People Relations Officer plays a key role in fostering a positive, people-centered workplace culture. This role supports employees by addressing workplace concerns, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and administering HR programs that promote engagement, growth, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution while maintaining a supportive environment.
- Promote a people-first culture through engagement initiatives and communication efforts.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Support the performance management process, including coaching and developmental discussions.
- Prepare HR-related reports to monitor workplace trends and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to support HR programs and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR, specifically in employee or labor relations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and standard HR procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Professional, discreet, and empathetic in handling sensitive matters.
