Partnerships Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Acquisition & Selection

  • Conduct research across Clark and the broader Philippine market to identify potential partners with both
    large-scale customer acquisition potential
    and
    high target audience alignment
    .
  • Develop a tiered partner expansion plan and proactively engage potential partners.
  • Lead business negotiations, draft cooperation proposals, and ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Design collaboration models covering
    customer acquisition, joint promotions, co-branding initiatives
    , and other key partnership scenarios.

2. Partnership Management & Development

  • Establish a full lifecycle partner management mechanism.
  • Conduct regular reviews (monthly/quarterly) with partners on key metrics such as traffic generated, GGR contribution, and customer engagement levels.
  • Optimize cooperation strategies based on partner needs (e.g., adjusting joint promotion benefits, providing additional resource support).
  • Drive deeper collaborations, such as launching "Clark Gaming + Accommodation" packages with travel platforms or co-developing "Employee Benefit Gaming Vouchers" with corporations.
  • Expand beyond single-channel customer acquisition to achieve both
    brand visibility and revenue growth
    .

3. Channel Performance Monitoring & Value Extraction

  • Track and analyze key channel performance data (acquisition cost, on-site conversion rate, average GGR per customer, repurchase rate).
  • Deliver monthly performance reports, identify high-ROI channels for further investment, and phase out low-performing ones.
  • Unlock additional partner value through brand and channel leverage — e.g., integrating casino landbase brand content into partner communities, official websites, or promotional campaigns (such as grand openings, family-friendly services, or golf packages) to boost
    Land-Based sub-brand exposure
    .

4. Cross-Department Collaboration & Demand Response

  • Collaborate with Group Marketing and Land-Based Operations teams to synchronize partnership progress and operational needs (e.g., promotional materials, member benefits integration).
  • Provide professional support and solutions to front-line hosts during partner development (e.g., partnership model design, long-term value communication).
  • Ensure smooth execution of partnership projects and maximize cooperation depth and efficiency.

    : Strong logical reasoning and bargaining ability; capable of accurately identifying partner needs and designing win-win solutions (e.g., resource exchange, profit-sharing, joint investments).
  • Data-Driven Mindset
    : Ability to assess channel value through data (acquisition cost, conversion rates, GGR contribution), creating scientific expansion and optimization strategies instead of relying solely on intuition.
  • Resource Integration
    : Deep understanding of Philippine local channels (e.g., preferences of high-end club members, corporate welfare needs) and ability to mobilize internal/external resources (e.g., marketing materials, member privileges) to support partnership implementation.
  • Long-Term Thinking & Execution
    : Recognizes the value of building long-term partnerships, comfortable with longer business development cycles, while maintaining strong execution skills to ensure short-term milestones are achieved.

  • Language Skills
    : Proficiency in both English and Tagalog (oral & written), ensuring smooth communication with local partners.
  • Professional Qualities
    : Strong goal orientation and resilience under pressure; detail-oriented with solid cross-department collaboration skills and strong brand alignment.
  • Industry Knowledge
    : Familiarity with gaming industry compliance requirements; prior understanding of customer needs in Land-Based gaming (e.g., family-friendly services, social interaction, convenient experience) is preferred.
