Business Development Officer

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
- At least 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the construction or engineering industry);
- Strong understanding of market trends, client acquisition, and sales processes;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools or project tracking systems;
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Having a means of transportation to visit and meet with clients or prospects is an advantage.
