What You'll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field
• At least 2 years of internal or external auditing experience
• Exposure to ISO accreditation and auditing processes
• Australian work experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and business process improvement skills
• Highly organized with a methodical and detail-oriented approach
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and people management abilities
• Resilient under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive team player

Your Key Contributions

ISO and SOC Audits

• Support the Risk and Compliance team in maintaining core ISO documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, log findings, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Schedule and coordinate ISO external audits and internal briefing sessions.
• Assist internal departments in meeting ISO compliance requirements.

Business Continuity Management

• Support the Risk and Compliance team in ensuring business units comply with the Business Continuity framework.
• Review Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for quality and consistency.
• Schedule and coordinate Business Continuity testing activities.

Risk Management

• Monitor and follow up on risks with Risk Owners to ensure timely resolution throughout the risk lifecycle.
• Support Risk Managers in strengthening the control environment through verification and testing of controls.
• Contribute to risk reporting and assist in identifying process improvements.

Administration Support

• Provide administrative support to the Risk and Compliance team as needed.
• Maintain accurate and updated document management systems.
