Job Summary

As a Home Health QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our home health care services meet the highest standards through comprehensive chart auditing and quality assurance processes. You will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to review and improve our home health practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed chart audits to ensure compliance with home health care regulations and standards.
  • Utilize relevant healthcare IT systems to review patient records, track care quality metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to address quality issues, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain QA protocols and policies to enhance care quality and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and performance outcomes.
