Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the internal audit team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement the annual audit plan, ensuring it aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and risk profile.
  • Oversee the execution of audits, providing guidance and support to audit staff.
  • Ensure audits are conducted efficiently and effectively, adhering to professional standards and industry best practices.
  • Manage the audit budget and resources.
  • Identify, assess, and evaluate the organization's key risks and internal controls.
  • Develop and implement risk-based audit plans.
  • Provide assurance to senior management on the effectiveness of risk management and internal control systems.
  • Identify and report on areas of potential risk and opportunity for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA, CIA, or other relevant professional certifications.
  • Extensive experience in internal auditing, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, risk management methodologies, and relevant regulations.
  • Willing to work in Head Office (San Miguel, Manila).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php65,000.00 per month
