Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Officer based in Metro Manila. The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes within the organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing quality control procedures, conducting quality audits, implementing quality management systems, and utilizing analytical skills to assess and improve operational standards. The role involves working closely with various teams to maintain compliance with quality standards and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles and practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess data and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience with Quality Management and Quality Auditing
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of quality compliance and regulatory standards
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a similar discipline is preferred
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
