HR Generalist

Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Degree in Human Recourse or any related field
- People oriented and results driven;
- Must be proficient with computer
- Understanding of General Recourses and policies and procedures
- Proven skills and ability to execute company standards successfully;
- Customer service driven
- Desire to work as a team with result driven approach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles recruitment, timekeeping, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and other HR related functions of assigned area/ department.
- Prepares HR related reports such as Manpower Requests, Resigned, Regularization, Staff Movement and Newly hired employees
- Facilitates and monitors filing of documents of the employees in the 201 file
- Assists in the issuance of IR in Disciplinary cases, Tardiness and Absences Report of NCR - based employees, and imposition of necessary sanction; monitors dates of suspension and back-to-work employees.
