JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Generalist to support our expanding retail operations. In this role, you'll be a central HR partner, helping across multiple store locations by handling recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance. You'll help foster a positive work culture and act as a trusted resource for both team members and management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee full-cycle hiring for both store and office positions — from sourcing and interviewing to making offers
  • Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new employees understand our mission, processes, and expectations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions about policies, benefits, and workplace issues
  • Partner with managers to address and resolve employee relations concerns fairly and promptly
  • Track and monitor attendance, scheduling, and timekeeping data to maintain compliance
  • Work with the payroll team to reconcile attendance records and correct discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and other essential documentation
  • Help standardize HR practices across all branches to ensure consistent policy implementation
  • Collect and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates, engagement levels, and attendance trends
  • Support employee development by coordinating training sessions, compliance efforts, and benefits communications
  • Collaborate with store leadership to promote an inclusive, respectful, and policy-aligned workplace

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably with a retail or multi-branch organization
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable managing HR data
  • Excellent communication skills and strong discretion when handling confidential matters
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support store-level HR needs

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday through Saturday
  • Flexibility required to accommodate store visits and operational demands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
