We are seeking Regional Candidate Resourcers to join our growing team. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and registering candidates for veterinary positions across the United States. While not a traditional sales role, it involves high-volume outbound calls (60–100 daily) and persuasive communication to attract candidates, so a commercial mindset is essential.
This is not a 360 recruitment role, you will work closely with a dedicated consultant, supporting candidate sourcing and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for veterinary positions across the U.S.
- Make 60–100 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates.
- Screen applicants to assess skills and qualifications.
- Enter candidate details and CVs into the company database.
- Match candidates to client requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met for all candidates.
- Contact prospective candidates unfamiliar with GVC and explain our services.
- Arrange and attend candidate registration meetings.
- Support your assigned consultant in achieving monthly goals.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, outbound sales, or telesales preferred (all industries are welcome)
- Experience with ATS systems
- Familiarity with job boards and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Ability to sell candidate skills to potential employers.
- Hit and exceed weekly candidate registration targets.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
