Location: Makati City - 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH

Basic pay commission and other incentives

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in any related course.
  • Proven success in fulfilling job positions/client requisitions (finance, accounting, audit, sales & marketing, human resources, supply chain, IT and engineering, etc.), across all level.
  • Minimum (2 years exp - Recruiter; 4 yrs - Sr. Recruiter/Team Lead) of end to end recruitment experience.
  • Experience working in a recruitment firm, an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct a range of interview formats, including structured, behavioral, and panel interviews.
  • Familiarity in the use of ATS and other HR databases, an advantage
