Reports to: CEO/Owner

Supervises: Customer Relations Officers, Chat Support Team

Position Summary

Donut Park is looking for a Customer Relations Manager to strengthen and sustain relationships with our valued franchisees. This role will lead the onboarding of new franchise owners, monitor performance, provide strategic support, and manage a dynamic team to ensure the highest quality of customer service. The Manager serves as the key bridge between our franchisees and the company, safeguarding Donut Park's brand standards and customer experience values.

Key Responsibilities:

==Franchisee Onboarding & Support

*Guide new franchisees through onboarding, orientation, and operational standards.

*Provide ongoing support for operational and customer service needs.

==Franchise Performance Monitoring

*Track and analyze sales, compliance, and customer feedback.

*Recommend corrective actions to boost franchise growth.

==Relationship Management

*Maintain positive relationships with franchisees and store owners.

*Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, escalations, and concerns.

==Market Analysis & Strategic Planning

*Analyze customer insights and market trends to improve competitiveness.

*Support in developing engagement and growth strategies.

==Team Leadership & Coordination

*Supervise Customer Relations Officers and Chat Support staff.

*Set performance goals, coach, and ensure service excellence.

==Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement

*Resolve franchise-related concerns in coordination with internal teams.

*Recommend process improvements to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.

*3–5 years' experience in customer relations, franchise management, or client servicing (F&B industry preferred).

*Strong leadership and interpersonal skills in handling franchisee relationships.

*Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and planning abilities.

*Clear and professional communication skills (oral & written).

*Must be residing in the CAMANAVA area.

*Minimum 3+ years of management experience required to effectively supervise Customer Relations Officers and Chat Support Team.
