About the role

REFINETTE COSMETIC MANUFACTURING CORPORATION is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team in Guiguinto Bulacan. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving the company's strategic growth initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the health and beauty industry
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities
  • Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipeline progress

What we're looking for

  • With experience in business development or account management role
  • Must be from Visayas or Mindanao specifically from Cebu or Davao
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
