What you'll be doing
- Providing a range of general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and responding to inquiries
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of our company fleet, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and serviced regularly
- Monitoring fuel consumption and costs, and maintaining detailed records
- Assisting with the procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Supporting the team with other ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Good working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Davao City 8000 P11: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- 100% (Preferred)
