What you'll be doing

  • Providing a range of general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and responding to inquiries
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of our company fleet, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and serviced regularly
  • Monitoring fuel consumption and costs, and maintaining detailed records
  • Assisting with the procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Supporting the team with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Good working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Davao City 8000 P11: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
