Job Description
Provide outstanding customer support across various platforms including Amazon, company websites, and physical stores. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support the US team with special projects and brand representation.
Responsibilities
· Provide customer service for Amazon 2P and 3P accounts
· Represent assigned brands and understand their online selling policies
· Ensure excellent performance ratings on Amazon and other marketplaces
· Address customer queries related to orders and shipments
· Coordinate with internal teams (Supplier Management, Listings, Inventory, Pricing, Warehouse)
· Process refunds, cancellations, and send delay notifications
· Investigate lost packages and defective product claims
· Build customer trust and earn positive feedback
· Update internal tools and spreadsheets
· Handle special projects assigned by the Manager
· Support the Customer Service Manager and act as POC when needed
Essential Requirements
· Willing to work night shift and weekends (rotational schedule)
· Confident in speaking American English and writing professional emails
· Strong multitasking and organizational skills
· Good computer and internet navigation skills
· Excellent attendance record in previous employment
· Detail-oriented and a proactive team contributor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
