Job Purpose

The Customer Experience Platform Development Specialist is responsible for system configuration, automation, and optimization of CX platforms.

Supporting the over-all Customer Experience strategy and roadmap, s/he shall translate business requirements into technical solutions, and shall work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT and platform users to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to platform governance and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Development and Administration- Designs, develops, and deploys custom workflows, triggers, apps, and APIs within CX platforms. Sets up APIs, integrations, and third-party apps from the marketplace and builds custom objects and fields for data capture and reporting.
  • Workflow and Process Automation: Customizes workflows, triggers, automations, macros, and SLA rules. Maps business processes into automation logic and Learns and explores new tools like AppSheet and other native platform automation builders.
  • Project and Partner Management: Collaborates with the CX Solutions Delivery Lead and project team on solution feasibility and assessments. Identifies all needed activities to execute and deliver the needed update or change, from planning, implementation, through deployment, in a timely manner. Gives proactive updates to the CX Solutions Delivery Lead for Enterprise about a project, change, or task.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related 4-year course
  • With at least 1 year experience in a similar function or role
  • Must have at least one year hands-on experience in enterprise-level projects, including SaaS platform setup and configuration.
  • Should have a solid understanding of technical fundamentals such as data flows, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Experience in implementing or testing REST API integrations is an advantage.

Location is preferably in Manila or Cebu.

This position is intended for candidate pooling in preparation for next year's hiring requirements.
