What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls and queries related to reservations, bookings, and account information
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as needed
  • Updating customer records and reservation details in our database systems
  • Actively listening to customer needs and concerns, and offering tailored solutions
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

  • 3 Months or Higher of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
