Customer Experience Platform Development Specialist

Job Description:
The Customer Experience Platform Development Specialist is responsible for system configuration, automation, and optimization of CX platforms.
Supporting the over-all Customer Experience strategy and roadmap, s/he shall translate business requirements into technical solutions, and shall work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT and platform users to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to platform governance and policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Platform Development and Administration
- Workflow and Process Automation
- Project and Partner Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related 4-year course
- With at least 1 to 3 years experience in a similar function or role
- Must have at least one year hands-on experience in enterprise-level projects, including SaaS platform setup and configuration.
- Should have a solid understanding of technical fundamentals such as data flows, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience in implementing or testing REST API integrations is an advantage.
Location is preferably in Manila or Cebu.
This position is intended for candidate pooling in preparation for next year's hiring requirements.
