About the role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at AGVILL RESOURCES INC' in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time role with a focus on day shifts.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshooting problems and providing effective solutions to customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
