About the role

This is a full-time customer service representative (CSR) role based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a CSR Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, ensuring their inquiries and requests are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction. This is a same-day job offer role, so you can start immediately.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Addressing customer concerns and complaints, and working to find resolutions that meet their needs
  3. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
  5. Continuously identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline processes

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
