About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Claims SSP FNOL who will handle customer inquiries and claims-related transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy. You will serve as the first point of contact for claim submissions, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and claims confidently through calls and written correspondence.
  • Foster and maintain strong client and customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and propose effective solutions.
  • Clearly communicate brand and company policies to clients.
  • Discuss product/service features, benefits, and terms; prepare necessary reports and documentation using web-based tools or proprietary systems.
  • Apply effective problem-solving and negotiation skills in every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of voice account experience (generic).
  • College graduate (any course).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and amenable to shifting schedules.
