Customer Service Representative (Voice Account – Banking & Financial Collections Onsite | Shifting Schedule | 2 Days Off

Overview:

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team, handling voice-based transactions for a banking and financial account. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience in collections, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of international voice BPO experience, with at least 6 months in collections under a banking or financial account
  • CEF Score: B1 or higher
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Amenable to a shifting schedule with two days off per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently
  • Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues
  • Perform collections tasks with empathy and adherence to compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance for continuous improvement
