About the Role
We are seeking Senior US Healthcare Recruiter with a solid background in recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) across the US and Canadian markets. This opportunity is ideal for senior recruiters who already possess an established network or database of healthcare professionals and can deliver quick, high-quality placements. You'll work on active job orders supported by our client's tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and candidate tracking and credentialing systems.
What you'll do
Source, screen, and qualify top LPN and RN candidates for roles across the US and Canada.
Utilize personal candidate databases, referrals, and sourcing tools to build strong healthcare pipelines.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and successful placement.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate information within the CRM and tracking systems.
Collaborate with account teams and hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery on job orders.
Stay informed on market trends, credentialing standards, and healthcare staffing regulations in both the US and Canada.
Consistently achieve placement goals and maintain high client satisfaction.
What You Bring
Minimum of 3- 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in healthcare, specifically hiring LPNs and RNs in the US and/or Canada.
Demonstrated ability to fill roles efficiently in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
Strong sourcing capability with an established network and familiarity with niche channels for healthcare recruitment.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of healthcare credentialing, compliance, and licensing processes.
Highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
