Professional Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in volume hiring in a BPO/outsourcing environment. Background in the Healthcare industry is an advantage. Proven expertise in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and proactive talent pooling. Proficiency in ATS systems, job boards, and social media recruiting tools, with solid Google skills. Strong analytical skills in interpreting sourcing data and generating performance reports. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, and dynamic environment.
