
Sales Admin Assistant

Job description
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of sales orders.
- Provide sales and administrative support such as attend to customer queries and follow-up orders.
- Ensure organized safekeeping of all documents included but not limited to sales reports, electronic databases and sales proposals for prospective customers.
- Coordinates with Production and Logistics for the delivery of customer order.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- With at least 1-year relevant work experience in the same field.
- Adaptable to multi-tasking and fast-faced environment.
- With good communication skills both in verbal and written.
- Has good mathematical skills, accuracy and keen to details.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
- Amenable working from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
