Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the Admin Department, ensuring smooth office operations through clerical, organizational, and coordination tasks. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in administrative functions and develop their professional skills in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support such as filing, encoding, scanning, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and forms.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as needed.
  • Support the procurement of office supplies and assist with vendor coordination.
  • Assist in scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparations.
  • Take and prepare minutes of meetings when required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related course (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to start immediately and work on-site.
