We are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to support with administrative tasks, customer service, and order management. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and help ensure smooth operations in our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and managing client information.
  • Communicate with customers to answer questions, provide product info, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain sales records and update reports regularly.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team.
  • Help manage customer database and ensure data is up to date.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
