Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role supports the sales department in administrative operations, logistics coordination, document preparation, and customer service. Applicants with no medical background are welcome to apply, as long as they are willing to learn and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-workload environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with answering customer inquiries, monitoring inventory levels, and processing deliveries and logistics.
  • Prepare and process various accounting and administrative forms (e.g., check requests, travel documents, purchase requisitions, liquidation forms).
  • Create, organize, and maintain business-related materials, including Word documents and presentations.
  • Facilitate the preparation of proposals, documents, and binders for client meetings and presentations.
  • Arrange and support internal and external events as needed (e.g., conferences, trainings).
  • Assist the sales team with data entry, filing, documentation, and bid preparation.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers and ensure smooth communication between departments.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Preferably with a medical or sales background, but open to applicants willing to learn.
  • Driving skills are a plus.
  • High tolerance for workload and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and open to changes in the workplace.
  • Strong positive attitude and eagerness to grow.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Basic proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
