Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must have minimum 10 years of experience as Infrastructure Architect.
  • Must have solid experience in leading a team and self-managing large-scale infrastructure initiatives from design through implementation.
  • Must have solid years of experience in Systems (Windows/Linux servers).
  • Must have solid years of experience in advanced networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN)
  • Must have solid years of experience in Storage (SAN/NAS).
  • Must have solid years of experience in Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Must have solid years of experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Must have solid years of experience in Database infrastructure (Oracle, MS SQL)
  • Must have solid years of experience in security design principles, HA/DR, load balancing, and performance tuning.
  • Must have experience in scripting or automation background (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Must have experience in enterprise-level infrastructure modernization and digital transformation.
  • Self-starter with minimal need for supervision.
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to align infrastructure decisions with business goals.

Job Description

  • Lead infrastructure design for enterprise-grade systems, including compute, storage, networking, databases, and cloud integration (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to develop long-term infrastructure roadmaps aligned with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Act as the lead architect on infrastructure-related projects—independently managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Establish and enforce infrastructure standards, blueprints, and best practices across the bank.
  • Identify opportunities for system consolidation, automation (IaC), and migration to cloud/hybrid models.
  • Evaluate technologies and vendors; lead RFP/RFQ reviews and technical assessments.
  • Ensure infrastructure design aligns with internal IT security policies, BSP regulations, and international standards (ISO, NIST, etc.).
  • Guide junior architects or engineers where applicable, acting as a technical SME within the organization
