Position: Residency & Corporate Processing Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to support clients through the process of obtaining international residencies and establishing companies in jurisdictions such as Dubai, St. Kitts & Nevis, and other global business hubs. This role involves client communication, document coordination, and end-to-end processing of applications with government and corporate authorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to gather required information and documents
  • Manage the full application lifecycle for residency and company formation
  • Coordinate with government agencies, embassies, corporate registries, and service partners
  • Track deadlines, requirements, and compliance updates for each jurisdiction
  • Prepare forms, submissions, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate case files and status reports
  • Schedule client updates, follow-ups, and reminders
  • Support bank account opening, tax registrations, and corporate filings where required
  • Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times
Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Background in admin, legal support, immigration, corporate services, or similar (preferred but not required)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • Professional, client-focused attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience handling documents and compliance workflows is an advantage
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with residency programs, offshore companies, or international business setup
  • Experience coordinating with government or regulatory bodies
  • CRM or case-management system experience
