About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Processing Officer to join our growing Australian mortgage support team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Australian lending process and is confident using industry platforms such as MyCRM, Game Plan, and AOL. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient loan processing for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage loan applications from submission to settlement.
  • Review client documents for accuracy and compliance with Australian lender requirements.
  • Liaise with brokers, clients, and lenders to follow up on outstanding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in MyCRM and related systems.
  • Prepare and update client information using Game Plan and AOL platforms.
  • Provide administrative and pipeline support to the broker team.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of loan processing experience.
  • Experience working with Australian mortgage or finance clients (essential).
  • Strong proficiency with MyCRM.
  • Hands-on experience with Game Plan and AOL systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
