A Day in the Life

Your schedule is flexible You'll start with a pre-trip vehicle inspection, ensuring the vehicle is clean and safe. Your trips may include early morning airport runs for arriving students, transporting executives to meetings, or moving documents/supplies around Cebu. You will meticulously log all trips and coordinate closely with the Maintenance Coordinator for any vehicle needs.

Specific Scope and Duties

  • Safely transport students, staff, and essential goods to and from designated locations (airport, field trips, errands).
  • Physical Logistics Support: Assist with the safe lifting and loading of student luggage and heavy parcels.
  • Maintain the company vehicle in pristine, sanitary condition and conduct routine maintenance checks.
  • Maintain a meticulous daily trip log documenting mileage, fuel consumption, and travel purposes.
  • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.

What We Expect of You

  • Qualifications: Must possess a CLEAN and VALID Professional Driver's License (with appropriate restriction code).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience as a company or delivery driver.
  • Physical Condition: Must be in good physical condition and capable of frequently lifting heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs).
  • Personality: Must have a pleasing personality, be polite, and have a welcoming demeanor when interacting with students and staff.
  • Location Preference: Must reside in or near Apas, Cebu City for quick response times.
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • English Level: Required for receiving clear directions and brief interaction with students.

Schedule and Other Requirements

  • Department & Supervisor: Campus Operations & Logistics (COL); Reports to: Campus Maintenance Coordinator.
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8-hour shift, but requires HIGH FLEXIBILITY for early morning, late evening, and willingness to render overtime on Sundays to accommodate student flights and essential business needs).
  • Compensation: Competitive wage based on the regional minimum for drivers, plus statutory benefits and company incentives.
  • Strict Requirements: A clean driving record is non-negotiable.
