PanzerGlass is a globally renowned brand in screen protection. In this role, you will effectively manage distribution and retail operations in the Philippines. You will work closely and collaboratively with various internal teams, including Marketing and Product, to develop and expand the overall consumer segment. This hands-on position requires a strategic, results-driven professional who thrives on building strong partnerships and achieving significant sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Join us at PanzerGlass as Sales Manager and help shape our market position and presence in the Philippines. As part of our team, you will:

  • Create and execute sales and marketing plans tailored to our designated retail customers.
  • Coordinate key launch materials with major partners to ensure PanzerGlass products are prominently featured and develop sell-out plans and programs for our retail partners.
  • Functionally manage the promoters servicing our retail partners.
  • Take budgetary responsibility for achieving overall revenue, volume, and KPI targets.
  • Implement and execute quarterly business reviews and joint business plans with key customers to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required by your line manager.
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences, store visits, and Hammerday events.
  • Participate in cross-border meetings with other Retail Sales staff across the organization.

Your Profile

You have several years of sales experience with a global brand in either telecommunications accessories or consumer electronics products/accessories at a national strategic level. Experience building strong relationships with Power Mac—our key partner in the Philippines—will be a significant advantage.

We value a commercially astute individual who can analyze sales data and effectively manage inventory. Excellent communication and relationship-management skills are essential, as you will work closely with major accounts and stakeholders to drive sales growth and strategic initiatives.

Adaptability to the dynamic nature of the telecommunications and consumer electronics industries is key. A deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior will also contribute to your success in this role.

Additionally, you are based in the province of Manila.
