In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage the sales process: lead/enquiry generation, conduct tours to potential members, sell all JustCo's products and close deals
  • Acquire new sales and achieve sales target
  • Deal with escalated customer issues/requests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, members and other key stakeholders
  • Support Community by assisting to ensure seamless member experiences and efficient centre operations
  • Work closely with Community, Workspace, Finance, IT and other corporate functions to drive business success

Prerequisites for the role include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
  • At least 4 years' of experience in Sales or Leasing
  • Strong conversational English is a must, as the role involves frequent communication with regional stakeholders and international clients.
  • Sales driven with an excellent track record
  • Experience in co-working, serviced office, service apartments, developers or sales related industry is an advantage
