In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the sales process: lead/enquiry generation, conduct tours to potential members, sell all JustCo's products and close deals
- Acquire new sales and achieve sales target
- Deal with escalated customer issues/requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, members and other key stakeholders
- Support Community by assisting to ensure seamless member experiences and efficient centre operations
- Work closely with Community, Workspace, Finance, IT and other corporate functions to drive business success
Prerequisites for the role include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
- At least 7 years' of experience in Sales or Leasing
- Strong conversational English is a must, as the role involves frequent communication with regional stakeholders and international clients.
- Sales driven with an excellent track record
- Experience in co-working, serviced office, service apartments, developers or sales related industry is an advantage
