Hiring company is a world leading provider of products and solutions for residential kitchens and bathrooms, professional foodservice, coffee preparation, kitchen sinks, faucets and accessories.

GENERAL

· This person is the main sales interface in the Philippines. The objective is to drive sales growth through project and retail channel and optimize the sales channels and product portfolio

· Responsible for Philippines business P&L

· Travelling is required within States of Philippines

DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT

· This person is the key contact window to existing distributors in Philippines

· Propose & review distribution strategy with the objective of achieving sales growth in project and retail channels with an updated product portfolio

· Develop & establish short and mid-term business targets with distributors & key dealers and follow up with necessary action plans for execution

· Prepare annual sales and gross profit plans including margin management

· Regular review with the distributor and Company management on the YTD sales performance

· Continuous sales and product training for distributors' sales team

· Act as key link between Distributor and Regional office / factory with regards to communication of sales targets and orders

RETAIL SALES

· Manage and develop a strong retail channel with new and existing customers

· Develop new routes to market through additional sales channels - new channels with existing distributors, new customers for new target channels

· Monitor the sell in/out performance of retail stores

· Develop product range offering and pricing strategy to align with the growth targets and target positioning of the company brand name

· Devise and execute product phase in phase out plans

· Devise and maintain competitive product pricing in line with company profit margin targets

· Manage the outsourced in-store sales promotion team

· Monitor performance of in-store sales promotion team and devise incentives to drive sell out

· Work closely with regional marketing on retail display designs in line with company brand guidelines

PROJECT SALES

· Establish a close relationship with major developers and project stakeholders

· Develop mid-term project pipeline and close follow up on project progress

· Work closely with distributor to common margin targets and the correct product selection to drive project sales

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

· Degree with business / marketing related discipline preferred at least with 10 years in a sales / business development role with Kitchen Equipment / Sanitary Ware industry preferred

· Good understanding of the sales & marketing operational framework and dynamics for a successful go-to-market

· Proven sales track record

· Proficient in MS Office – Excel / Powerpoint / Word is required

· Ability to work in multi-national environment, leveraging & building on differences

· Dynamic, strong interpersonal skills, leadership, communication / presentation skills, ability to develop & maintain relationships based on trust

· Strong interpersonal & communication skills

· Strong & effective negotiation skill

· Positive & Good Working Attitude

· Possess strong determination & perseverance attributes

· Strong network contacts with dealerships and retailers and project partners
