We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and confident in handling a wide variety of tasks — from high-level market research to business development outreach and logistics. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our expansion into Australia is efficient, structured, and successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Market Entry Strategy
  • Research the Australian construction market and identify potential entry points.
  • Compile a database of main contractors, developers, and facilities managers.
  • Reach out to business chambers, networking groups, and industry associations to build connections.
  • Business Development & Meetings
  • Cold call and email potential clients/partners on behalf of the Director.
  • Book and coordinate 15–20 meetings during a planned business trip.
  • Manage schedules, locations, and logistics to ensure time efficiency.
  • Licensing & Compliance
  • Assist with lodging building licence transfer/registration applications.
  • Research compliance and industry regulations relevant to construction operations.
  • Administrative & Travel Support
  • Book flights, accommodation, and transport.
  • Provide executive assistant support to ensure the Director's trip is seamless.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong research and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in business development, executive assistance, or market research preferred.
  • Confident in cold calling and liaising with senior decision-makers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex schedules and tasks.
  • Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and online research.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
