We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive & Marketing Support Virtual Assistant. This role combines admin, creative, and marketing support. You will help with daily operations, outreach, and building strong relationships to support business growth.

You will be supporting two service-based businesses:

  • Consulting & Culture Transformation – working with executive teams on leadership, culture, and organizational improvement.

  • Legal Consulting – providing HR expert witness and litigation support services.

This is a Part-time position following Philippine Daytime Hours

Job duties and responsibilities include the following:

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Create and manage a CRM system to organize contacts, outreach, and business development.
  • Maintain detailed tracking systems for podcasts, speaking engagements, and conferences.
  • Manage, organize, and deploy client testimonials across platforms.
  • Support scheduling, coordination, and communication with clients and partners.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Research and conduct outreach for podcasts, speaking engagements, and partnerships.
  • Build relationships with online creators and event organizers.
  • Assist with email campaigns and automations (including uploading contacts and managing lists).
  • Develop case studies highlighting client work and outcomes.
  • Coordinate consistent social media support in partnership with external providers.

Creative & Content Support

  • Use Canva to create branded graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Provide basic video editing support (nice-to-have).
  • Assist in planning and executing webinars (bonus skillset).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a VA, Executive Assistant, or Marketing Support
  • Strong skills in Canva and good design sense
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, and spreadsheets
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with webinars, case study writing, and/or video editing
  • Background in coaching, consulting, or service-based businesses

  • Friendly, confident, and relationship-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable working with an entrepreneurial executive
  • DISC profile preference: High D, I, C (not required)
