About the role

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to join our dynamic team at StaffSmart Outsourcing. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media. Working from our office in Bridgetowne, Pasig, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally through non-voice communication channels
  2. Providing accurate information, troubleshooting, and offering solutions to customers
  3. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing their needs
  4. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the company's systems
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service strategies

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of BPO experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a non-voice environment
  2. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficient in using computer systems, software, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude
  6. Fluency in English and the local language of the area
