Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm NSW, AU Time or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time
Holiday to follow: NSW, AU Holidays
Workdays: Mon - Fri
Work Set-up: Work From Home or office.

About the Role
Our client, a growing business in the building and fire protection industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring experience with ServiceM8, strong customer-facing communication skills, and a positive, adaptable attitude. This role combines general administration with customer support, website updates, and process development.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and update workflows using ServiceM8.
· Handle customer-facing communications, including lead calls, emails, and enquiries.
· Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and document control.
· Update and maintain website content, particularly on Shopify or similar platforms.
· Support the development of procedures, FAQs, and checklists for internal processes.
· Provide assistance with industry-specific admin tasks and project documentation.
· Support social media management (where experience allows).
Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
· 2–3 years' experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceM8.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-facing approach.
· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
· Familiarity with building/construction industry terminology.
· Solid general admin skills, including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
· Ability to manage and update website content (Shopify preferred).
· Prior knowledge of fire protection products (advantageous but not essential).
Nice-to-Haves:
· Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
· Prior exposure to FAQ development, procedure writing, and system setup.
· Background in social media management.
