About the role:

Yondu Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in our Taguig City office. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex IT projects that are critical to the success of our business. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from planning and scoping to implementation and closure
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to junior project managers to develop their skills and capabilities
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve project management processes and methodologies

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the IT/software development industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional IT projects
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Project Management Information Systems (PMIS)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable
