We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Podcast Editor & Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our remote team If you're passionate about podcasts, know your way around editing tools, and have a knack for repurposing content into engaging marketing assets, this role is for you.

About the Role
This is a full-time remote position supporting a growing personal brand and digital business for our clients. You'll be the behind-the-scenes wizard responsible for turning raw audio into polished podcast episodes and amplifying them across social media and marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Edit weekly podcast episodes (clean up audio, add intro/outro, mix, export, schedule)

  • Create show notes, titles, and episode descriptions

  • Upload episodes to hosting platforms (e.g., Buzzsprout, etc.)

  • Repurpose podcast content into marketing assets (social media clips, audiograms, quotes, blog posts)

  • Schedule and post to social media platforms

  • Monitor podcast performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing podcasts and using tools like Audacity, Adobe Audition, riverside or Descript

  • Strong writing and communication skills (English proficiency required)

  • Experience with Canva, repurposing tools, and basic graphic design

  • Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms and content scheduling tools

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently

  • Bonus: Experience with basic analytics and performance tracking

Location: 100% Remote
Hours: Part-time, flexible (approx. 10–15 hours/week to start)
Rate: $4-$6 an hour
