Market Maker MGMT is a YouTube marketing agency managing YouTube channels across niches—from personal brands to media companies. We specialize in Shorts, storytelling, and channel growth.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Video Editor
who can take Long Videos or AI-generated scripts and turn them into highly engaging
YouTube Shorts and Long-Form videos
. You'll be working alongside writers, QAs, and uploaders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Edit YouTube Shorts daily across multiple channels
  • Use reference links or editor notes to match style and pacing
  • Add captions, sound effects, transitions, stock footage, and music
  • Collaborate with QA and script teams to ensure creative consistency
  • Optimize content for YouTube algorithms (hooks, pacing, retention tactics)
  • Stay updated with YouTube trends, formats, and meme culture

What You Should Have:

  • Strong grip on editing software (Premiere Pro and CapCut)
  • Portfolio or samples of YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels
  • Ability to adapt editing styles across different niches
  • Strong internet connection and a reliable editing setup
  • Bonus: Experience with AI-generated content and storytelling
